I was born and raised in Moscow until the age of 14, when my family moved to London and one of the first Russians to go to a British school.
I studied for a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations after which I got married and came to London to do a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and International Finance at City University.
After graduation I worked in several banks and companies and also did a pilot research project on internet banking and brokerage at Euromoney Publications.
I am fluent in Russian & English, speak intermediate French and basic Spanish
I love skiing, travelling, spending time with family and friends and reading, which has been a passion of mine since I was a child and which led me to do a Postgraduate degree in Journalism at the London School of Journalism. I particularly enjoy interviewing people and covering humanitarian issues, stories relating to health and children and beauty is my guilty pleasure subject.
